Delivery Information

DELIVERY OVERVIEW

Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Free shipping and Cash on Delivery payment only applies in the Philippines.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of time of order however there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).

 If you have not received your order within 10 BUSINESS days from dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team on sales@marcheant.com or send us a chat message on our website from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). 

Please note: If you receive your shipment confirmation email over the weekend, your order will not be dispatched until the next business day, after which your tracking will be enabled.

DELIVERY PROCESS

You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order.

You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt. If an unsuccessful delivery attempt is made by the courier, they will leave a calling card for you.  

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated.

 PARTIAL ORDERS

Orders with multiple items may be split into multiple orders and delivered separately under different tracking numbers. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification advising you of a partial order delivery. No additional shipping charges will be applied to partial orders.

 LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. MTI is not liable for any costs associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days for Philippines deliveries or 30 days for overseas deliveries from the date of order or is damaged in transit, please email us support@marcheant.com or call send us a chat message on our website between 9.00am – 6pm Monday to Friday SGT so that we can assist you.

 CLICK & COLLECT

This delivery option enables you to shop online and pick up your purchase in our warehouse for free. Simply place it on the comment section during checkout. Your order will be prepared for collection prior to pickup. Please prepare valid identification 

Orders will be available for collection within 1-2 working days from the date of order.
