Warranty Policy

1. WARRANTY. All items are covered by 7 days local warranty free replacement or free repair if product is proven to have factory defects.

2. PARTS SUPPORT. We offer free spare parts support with free shipping for products bought in our shop within the warranty period. If item is beyond warranty, spare parts is no long free but we will still offer you 1 year spare parts support at 20% discount with free shipping.

- the warranty period is expired,
- the warranty label is broken or removed,
- the serial number label is missing or unrecognizable,
- the product has been modified without our consent.
- the defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification.
- the defect was subject to Force Majeure, such as acts of God, flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, brownouts or sags (damage due to low voltage disturbances).

4. REPAIR SERVICE. We offer repair service for our products bought from our shop. Just send us a message via chat and we will provide quotation for job repair order. For you to save costs, we prefer we solve the issue first via online chat, then we can send you spare parts once our technician identified what parts needs repair. If you still prefer we repair it, we will gladly accept the challenge. Shipping fees, labor, and spare parts will be shouldered by the buyer for products beyond warranty period.

- Please understand that we can only repair items that can be opened with tools or fixed by spare parts.
- In order to prevent damage caused during the delivery process, the customer must be responsible for the proper packaging of products for return.

5. ONLINE SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE. We offer 1 year online support and troubleshooting for products sold in our shop. Just send us a message and we will be happy to assist you.
